PinGuru is a SaaS platform for Instagram DM automation. It helps users automate replies to engagement signals such as keywords, comments, and story replies through official Meta APIs.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your automated messages.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and Meta/Instagram platform policies.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

3. No Spam or Bulk Outreach

PinGuru must not be used for spam, cold bulk outreach, or abusive messaging. The service is intended for reactive automation based on real user engagement only.

4. Subscription Terms

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or harmful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
